Exploration Geologist – Archean Gold
A field based exploration seat with real ownership of the program, supervising drill crews and holding the sampling standard across a consolidated WA gold tenement package.
The operation
A Western Australian gold business running an active exploration program across a consolidated tenement package. The group leans on newer exploration technology and reworks its targeting as results come in, so the program changes shape through the year rather than being locked in at budget time.
The role
An exploration geologist seat with real field responsibility in it. You plan reconnaissance and sampling alongside the Head of Exploration, then carry it through on the ground: supervising drill crews and contractors, holding the sampling standard, and getting clean data back for interpretation.
Hands on and field based on an 8/6 FIFO roster out of Perth. It suits a geologist with Archean gold behind them who wants more ownership of the field program than a purely assisting seat gives.
Base plus super, with a bonus, private health and salary packaging on top. Camp is near new, with a gym and catering on site.
