The role
Qualified mine surveyors are sought to join a growing team. This is a strong opportunity for motivated professionals who want to work on diverse mining projects throughout Western Australia.
Key duties
- Measure underground works, tunnels and open cut operations
- Mark excavation limits and drill patterns
- Determine and monitor the direction and extent of tunnelling activities
- Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks
- Work collaboratively with site personnel, engineers and geologists
What you will need
- Tertiary qualifications in surveying, mine surveying or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mining methods and survey practices
- Two years plus in similar roles across Australia
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Full Australian working rights
