Every search Ezra Recruitment runs is a mining or resources search. Our coverage runs the length of an operation, from the first field assistant on a greenfields program through to the board of an ASX listed producer.
That means exploration and technical services, the processing plant, the pit and the decline, maintenance and reliability, HSE, laboratory, projects, the commercial functions behind them, and the executive and management appointments above them. The same consultants work all of it, so a shortlist for a graduate geologist and a shortlist for a chief metallurgist come from the same understanding of the operation.

Most site roles we fill are FIFO from a capital city or a regional hub, on rosters ranging from 8:6 and 2:1 through to 4:3 and residential arrangements. Roster fit is treated as a screening criterion on every brief.
