Job Clarification

Candidate Search

With the brief solidified, we deploy a multi-channel search strategy. We utilise our curated database, tap into our extensive industry network, and use targeted direct outreach to identify and attract a highly qualified longlist of candidates who meet your essential requirements and cultural fit.

Candidate Screening

Before any candidate reaches you, they have passed our thorough screening process. We ensure they not only meet the technical requirements of the brief but are also genuinely excited by the opportunity and a strong cultural fit. Candidate Selection

Interview Coordination

We take on the administrative burden of arranging interviews. Our team liaises with both you and the shortlisted candidates to find mutually agreeable times and coordinates the meeting through your preferred channel (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, in-person), ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.

Offer & Acceptance

Following the final interviews, we assist you in evaluating feedback to reach a hiring decision. We then manage the offer phase, ensuring a smooth transition from decision to employment. This includes formally presenting the offer to the candidate, addressing their questions, and managing the negotiation process to secure a positive outcome for all.

Onboarding

Once the offer is accepted, we assist with the crucial onboarding process. This includes coordinating start dates, arranging medicals, collating all necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover to your team. We facilitate a positive and efficient transition, setting the stage for your new employee's long-term success. We additionally partner with an independent third party referencing platform "Refereez", that will complete two reference checks. These detailed references are conducted externally to reduce the chance of any bias and therefore receive the most accurate representation of any particular candidate.

Aftercare

We are invested in the long-term success of every placement. Through scheduled follow-ups, we monitor the progress of your new employee, gather feedback, and ensure both sides are happy. This final step ensures a great candidate experience and provides you with valuable insights to protect your investment.
