This Exploration Manager role involves overseeing the execution and delivery of an ambitious growth strategy within the organization. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to shareholder and stakeholder value through exceptional performance.

In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Managing Director and will be based in the Perth office. Site travel will be required when necessary (campaign roster).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and manage two substantial Geology teams operating at both of the clients Lithium Projects in Western Australia.
• Drive a robust safety and compliance culture at the site, ensuring the implementation of safe work systems and competent personnel.
• Identify opportunities for business enhancement, devising plans to achieve superior exploration outcomes across various projects.
• Contribute to both technical and management reporting within the company.
• Participate in evaluating potential business development prospects across Western Australia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in geoscience
• Extensive exploration experience in the Australian mining industry
• JORC reporting experience
• Experienced in exploration software - Micromine, Leapfrog, GIS etc.
• Ability to identify, plan, develop and achieve exploration programs within defined constraints.
• Strong verbal and oral presentation skills.
